A few days ago, an inlay I had treated in Korea fell out, so I booked an appointment with a dentist. I chose this clinic because it’s open in the evening.The dental clinic was very comfortable and pleasant. The reception staff, dentist, and hygienist were all friendly. I've only been in the UK for six months and my English isn't very good, but they made sure I could understand everything and treated me well.There was no unnecessary treatment, and they made every effort to reattach my inlay. The cost, which I was a bit worried about, was reasonable, so I’m very satisfied.

This was my first time experience in UK for getting a dental checkup done. Must say that this clinic is one of the best. I am glad i chose this clinic. It is so nice and clean. All the staff and the receptionist are so good and they treat you so well. Dr Zoe is really awesome she explains everything so well and makes sure that the patient is comfortable. Today finally after years of being seen by Dentists that have left me fearful and disappointed with my teeth and no confidence to smile, I met Dr Maggie Andi, who within 20 minutes has given me the confidence and faith that going forward my dental treatment will be absolutely the right treatment for me. Dr Maggie’s passion for dentistry with patient centred care at the heart of her delivery was evident by the empathy and understanding shown of my underlying complex health issues and how they have affected my teeth and oral health which was refreshing and really quite emotional as I had resigned myself that their really wasn’t a dentist out there that would understand or be able to help me regain my confidence.Not only does Dr Andi have a warm personality , her knowledge pride and passion for her profession is apparent once you speak with her.The practice itself is modern, with a warm, relaxing and cosy atmosphere, it is easily accessible by public transport with parking nearby. Mill Hill Dental practice and Dr Maggie is now my forever dentist.

Fantastic all the way from the receptionists treating to the wondering clinical team and the detailed information given to me on leaving. This dental practice was beyond amazing! I recently attended for an emergency appointment. I had previously gone to another dentist who said they could not fulfill my wishes but this dental practice did! I was attended by the amazing Rob! All the staff at this practise are absolutely amazing people. The night nurses, receptionists and the dentist were all just so kind. I was referred through 111 for a emergency and then I booked for a general check up which they managed to fit me in on the day. What’s the best way to clean my aligners?

The best way to clean your aligners is by brushing and rinsing them in lukewarm water and using the Invisalign® Cleaning Crystals or special cleaning tablets. It’s important that you brush your teeth after each meal before re-inserting your aligners to maintain good oral hygiene.

If I have food residue (like blueberries or pasta sauce) in my mouth when I put my aligners back in, can they become stained?

Yes. That’s why it’s important to brush after every meal before placing your Invisalign® aligners back in your mouth.

What if I lose or break an aligner? What should I do?

If you lose or break an Invisalign® aligner, immediately let your Invisalign® Dentist know. Your Invisalign® Dentist will work with you to ensure you stay on track with your treatment plan, which may involve wearing a previous set of aligners, your next set of aligners, or ordering replacement aligners.

Can I order replacement aligners from the Invisalign® brand directly?

All aligners and retainers must be ordered through your Invisalign® Dentist, as they are considered a prescription items. Please contact your Invisalign® Dentist directly if you need to order a replacement.

12. What happens when I'm done with Invisalign® treatment?

Will I need to wear a retainer after treatment to prevent my teeth from moving again?

Most Invisalign® Dentist recommend that anyone who has completed orthodontic treatment, whether with braces or Invisalign treatment, use a retainer to prevent teeth from gradually shifting back toward their initial position. Every case is different, so ask your Invisalign® Dentist if you need retainers.

What type of retainer should I use?

While there are many different types of retainers, we recommend Vivera retainers. Vivera retainers were specifically designed for use after Invisalign® treatment and are made from a proprietary material 30% stronger than other leading clear retainer materials, which helps you to keep your new smile.

Your Vivera retainers will be virtually invisible and custom-made from an impression or scan of your teeth, using the same start-of-the-art technology used for Invisalign clear aligners.

How much do Vivera retainers cost?

Contact your Invisalign® Dentist for more information on Vivera retainers, as pricing can be based on your individual needs. All Vivera retainer orders will include an extra set in case you lose one.

How do I order Vivera retainers?

You can order Vivera retainers through your Invisalign® Doctor.

How long will I have to wear my Vivera retainers?

Your Invisalign® Dentist will give specific instructions on how often you need to wear your retainers. Typically, you wear your first set full time, then based on your Invisalign® Dentist’s recommendation, you may gradually reduce how much you wear them until you only wear them at night.
