I would highly recommend this dental clinic. The service was absolutely amazing, and the whole team was very kind, patient, and professional.My daughter had a very stressful experience at another clinic 3 weeks ago, and she was quite scared about going to the dentist again. However, from the moment we arrived here, the staff made her feel comfortable and safe. They were so gentle and caring, and she left the clinic very happy and confident.I am extremely grateful for the way they treated my daughter and for making her dental visit such a positive experience. I called 111 and was referred to Mill Hill Dental Practice for an emergency appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist who was very welcoming, polite and organised. I then was seen and looked after by the dental nurse and dentist who was the loveliest lady and gentleman. They both made me feel so comfortable and at ease as I am not very keen on the dentist. They gave me brilliant advice about my teeth and proceeded with my appointment. The service I received was very professional and very quick. If I could give this clinic 10 stars, I absolutely would!After three years of ignoring a badly broken tooth, it finally caught up with me. One call to 111 and I had an appointment booked within the hour. At midnight on a Sunday (!!), the wonderful Dr. Maggie Andi saw me.She was incredible so reassuring, so calm and incredibly understanding. She offered every option for pain relief while being especially mindful of my previous brain injury, which meant a lot to me. When that wasn’t successful, she recommended I join the six-week waiting list for sedation… which somehow turned into just three days!I’m writing this 12 hours before the tooth is due to be pulled I may not feel quite so positive afterwards! but I truly couldn’t be more grateful.Thank you again. 🌟

Dr Maggie Andi saw me as an emergency patient two times very late at night and I really appreciate it as I was in extreme pain. She was able to quickly see what is wrong as I had seen another emergency dentist not long before and they were not 100 percent sure and just gave antibotics. She was able to see that a metal filling was touching my nerve and took immediate action. This meant the pain reduced to some degree the following day. She also was happy to see me again as I needed more pain relief. Honestly, I’m so grateful as that was one of the worst pain I’ve experienced

Doctor I had the appointment today with was very clear. Conducted a thorough examination of my teeth and gums. Came due to gum recession issues and general check. He very clearly explained the main issues and suggested a clear action plan. I didn't have to wait much to get called in and was very pleased with my experience with this appointment.Unlike some other clinics I've been to there was an honest interest in making sure I understood the different issues and that I was happy with the next steps, and not just been thrown lots of terminology I wouldn't understand numbers on how much it would cost.Would recommend it 100%.

Excellent Service and Honest PricingI had a very positive experience at this dental surgery. The doctor was straightforward, professional, and extremely helpful. I was only charged £27 for a tooth extraction, which was done efficiently and with great care.Before coming here, I had visited several other dentists and now realise I was overcharged. One clinic, in particular, charged me £27 just for a consultation and then quoted an additional £75 for the extraction the following day. At the time, I didn’t argue because I was in severe pain.This dental surgery stands out for its transparency, affordability, and genuine care for patients. Highly recommended – both the clinic and the dentist are excellent.

A few days ago, an inlay I had treated in Korea fell out, so I booked an appointment with a dentist. I chose this clinic because it’s open in the evening.The dental clinic was very comfortable and pleasant. The reception staff, dentist, and hygienist were all friendly. I've only been in the UK for six months and my English isn't very good, but they made sure I could understand everything and treated me well.There was no unnecessary treatment, and they made every effort to reattach my inlay. The cost, which I was a bit worried about, was reasonable, so I’m very satisfied.

This was my first time experience in UK for getting a dental checkup done. Must say that this clinic is one of the best. I am glad i chose this clinic. It is so nice and clean. Today finally after years of being seen by Dentists that have left me fearful and disappointed with my teeth and no confidence to smile, I met Dr Maggie Andi, who within 20 minutes has given me the confidence and faith that going forward my dental treatment will be absolutely the right treatment for me. Dr Maggie’s passion for dentistry with patient centred care at the heart of her delivery was evident by the empathy and understanding shown of my underlying complex health issues and how they have affected my teeth and oral health which was refreshing and really quite emotional as I had resigned myself that their really wasn’t a dentist out there that would understand or be able to help me regain my confidence.Not only does Dr Andi have a warm personality , her knowledge pride and passion for her profession is apparent once you speak with her.The practice itself is modern, with a warm, relaxing and cosy atmosphere, it is easily accessible by public transport with parking nearby. Mill Hill Dental practice and Dr Maggie is now my forever dentist.

I was referred through 111 for a emergency and then I booked for a general check up which they managed to fit me in on the day.
